Partner programme terms

1. Commission

You earn 20% of the net amount a customer you referred pays us (after refunds, and excluding any VAT) for API plans and CSV packs during their first 12 months from the date they were referred. We may agree a different rate or period with you in writing.

2. How a referral counts

A customer is yours if they arrive through your link or enter your code when signing up or paying, or add it from their dashboard within 14 days of signing up. Once a code is on an account it can't be changed. If someone uses more than one partner's link, the most recent one before sign-up counts.

3. Hold and approval

Each commission is pending for 30 days. If the payment is refunded or disputed in that time, the commission is cancelled. If a refund happens after approval, we deduct it from your next payout.

4. Payouts

We pay monthly by bank transfer once your approved commission reaches £50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.

5. What doesn't count

• Referring yourself, your own organisation, or anyone using your email domain or billing account.
• Customers who were already paying us before your referral.
• Bidding on "Psephology" or "Psephology.AI" in search adverts.
• Spam, or promotion that is misleading about us or our data.

6. Ending a partnership

Either side can end the partnership at any time. We may pause or end a partnership, and withhold commission, where these terms are broken or the programme is abused. Approved commission earned honestly before then will still be paid.
